 With over 27 years in the automotive repair industry, we have installed certain processes that insure the highest quality repairs will be performed at our facilities.
All of our technicians receive constant classroom and hands-on training at the nearby Ford Regional Headquarters. Technicians are allowed to attempt
repairs only in the areas of their certification to insure proper diagnosis,
Fix It Right the First Time, and Turn Around Time. 
This will help to alleviate repeat repairs
as a result of improper diagnosis and as a consequence incorrect parts could or might have been initially installed.  We will always use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts to insure the highest reliability for each repair unless so specified or requested by our Fleet Partners to assist in cost reduction.

Our assurance to you is our flexibility to always remain able to meet the needs of your company.  
The hours of operation of our facility can be extended as necessary to fulfill the requirements of
Turn Around Time.

 

Convenient Hours of OperationOur current hours of operation are:
 Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and on Saturday 8am-6pm.
We ask all of our Fleet Partners to keep in mind that we are as flexible as we need to be to suit
their needs. If the need should ever arise for extended hours of operation
Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford, as a leader in the service field, will be the first to modify or

Owner Commitment - Sam Pack celebrated his 25th anniversary as owner of Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford in February of 2005 and has established a commitment through the years towards the highest level of excellence in customer satisfaction in the service industry. Additionally to owning Five Star Ford of Carrollton, Mr. Pack also owns Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, Five Star Ford of Plano and Ford Country of Lewisville (all in Texas) plus interest in another Texas Ford franchise as well as a partnership in a Lexus, Land Rover, Saab and Cadillac dealership in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Pack previously served with Ford Motor Credit for 18 years before obtaining Five Star Ford in Carrollton.

 Kevin Moody has been employed by Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford for eleven years as a Service Advisor
and as a Business Preferred Network Commercial Service Accounts Manager for the past five years. 
Ford Motor Company created the Business Preferred Network and consequently the Commercial
Service Advisor position as a gateway for exclusive commercial solutions.

has been employed at Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford Part’s Department for 20 years. Greg is the logistics manager and Team Leader for the Commercial segment of our parts department. He is a Heavy Duty Truck Specialist for Ford, Cummins and Caterpillar.
